INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED COURSES
NEXT COURSE BEGINS WEEK COMMENCING

The 6 week Intermediate and Advanced Courses are designed to boost the fitness you have already earned and are suitable for those who have completed the SHSR Absolute Beginners Course or who are already running for 30 minutes, 2 or 3 times a week.
The course aims to:
Improve your stamina and fitness levels
Experience running over varied terrain
Introduce speed and hill training
Improve core stability
Give you the opportunity to enter local 5k/10k races with the group
You will receive a training plan to support you in reaching your goal and to help you to optimise the time you have available to train.
Along with lots of tips and advice, the group provides friendly support and motivation, as well as enjoyment and a great sense of personal achievement.
The course offers flexibility to help you to fit your running into a busy life.
